The lawyer Romeo Kara spoke about the SPAK file and the investigations into the Partizani affair, for which the former prime minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, were charged.
He said that in the file, not only 'Partizani' is investigated, but many other issues come to light. Kara said that besides Berisha, other officials should also be investigated.

Furthermore, Romeo Kara made an assessment of the financial damage from this affair.
