One of the citizens in Dibër has expressed his outrage over the lack of cleaning of the roads which are blocked by snow.
He said that despite the fact that the snowfall has stopped since yesterday evening, the municipality has not yet taken measures to clean the roads, causing many difficulties in the circulation of vehicles.
"Do you think measures have been taken? Look at the road, it has stopped raining since yesterday evening, is there a road to open this road, is there some salt that is free. Well, I have a 4x4 car, what about the other one, if there is any trouble? What does it cost the municipality to pass a road here, neither the state nor the municipality works, nothing. With so much snow, imagine if it falls a little more" , said the citizen for "Report TV".
