Analyst Frrok Çupi stated that the Democratic Party of Lulzim Basha has changed its mind regarding the voting of the draft law on criminal amnesty.
In an interview for "Newsline" on ABC News, Çupi said that Basha is drowned by the inferiority complex, since according to him, the leader of the DP thought that Rama could throw it at him again.
