In the Special Court, a hearing was scheduled today for the two-month information on the "Partizani" file.
Present were the lawyer of the former prime minister Sali Berisha Genc Gjokutaj and the lawyer Klodian Skenderi of his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.
In this Tuesday's session, it was expected that the Special Prosecutor's Office would communicate to the lawyers the completion or postponement of the investigations for another 3 months, as the deadline for the investigations into the privatization of the former Partizani sports club ends today.
On the other hand, the lawyers are expected to repeat their request to change the "house arrest" security measure imposed on both of them.
The session was postponed to July 11, as according to the court, Berisha and Malltezi did not appear to have received notice of the session.
