The hearing for former Health Minister Ilir Beqaj has been postponed, regarding the theft of EU funds when he headed the SASPAK agency.
The reason for the postponement was the absence of one of the lawyers, while the next session is scheduled for December 3.
It is learned that Beqaj has requested to be allowed access to one of the court premises so that he can listen to the wiretaps and view the evidence, as according to him, it is impossible in prison due to the lack of equipment.
SPAK accuses Ilir Beqaj of stealing EU funds when he headed the SASPAK agency. In addition to this file, Ilir Beqaj is also accused of the "Sterilization" concession in healthcare.
