Lawyer Rezart Kthupi has spoken about the race for the new head of SPAK, after Altin Dumani's mandate ends in December of this year.
He said that the new director should be a prosecutor who has investigated sensitive files, while also mentioning two of the names that, according to him, are most favored to take over the leadership of SPAK.
"It is required that there be a prosecutor who has investigated sensitive files and produced a product from these files, which is one of the main criteria that must be met to evaluate the work of a prosecutor. Dumani participated in the file, not necessarily investigated. I can't say by name who might stand out, I say it will be a man, Edvin Kondili and Adnan Xholi, I think between these two he will be his successor. The facts proved that 3 years ago politics tried to influence the elections and it can influence this time," Kthupi told "Report TV".
