SPAK and Finnish authorities have cracked down on several criminal groups involved in arms and drug trafficking.
At the media conference at SPAK, Prosecutor Shehu said that the two leaders of the group were from Vlora.
"Two of the leaders of the criminal groups are originally from Vlora. The rest were concentrated in the area of Kuçova and Berat. Some of them were settled in Tirana. Legal activities, they were free citizens. Most of them moved abroad," said prosecutor Alfred Shehu.
While the Finnish official explained that the group members communicated through the Telegram and Signal platforms.
"In terms of communication, they used the Telegram platform, Signal, this is something common for citizens involved in criminal activity nowadays," the Finnish official said.
