The service portal for citizens, e-albania, will be out of order from tomorrow.
The announcement was made by ANA to all citizens, as they will not be able to receive services on this portal from February 2 to February 4.
According to ANA, this interruption of the operation of the portals comes as work will be done to optimize the services.
"In the framework of our operational processes, which aim at the continuous optimization of quality and safety in the provision of public services and their supporting infrastructures, there will be a temporary interruption of the services that are consumed through the Government Interaction Platform, within the scope from Friday, February 2, at 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, February 4, at 10:00 a.m.," the announcement states.
The intervention in the system will affect the services for registering an account, the exchange of data between electronic systems through the Government Interaction Platform, as well as the verification through single-sign-on in electronic systems or platforms.
