For analyst Frrok Çupi, the issue of the elected mayor of Himra, Fredi Beleri, will be decided by the western countries.
In an interview for ABC News, Çupi said that Greece's behavior is a blow, but also a provocation to the EU.
According to Çup, Greece is a state which is arbitrarily interfering in Albania's internal affairs.
