Braho leaves the commission for financial investigators, SPAK tries to justify the conflict of interest...
" Pamphlet " has managed to expose Klodian Braho, Altin Dumani, Zeqir Hoda and their gang, who had created a pure conflict of interest scenario to capture SPAK.
The first maneuver was at the KPA. The case centers on prosecutor Ylli Pjetërnikaj, who was confirmed by the Independent Qualification Commission, but the decision was appealed by Public Commissioner Florian Ballhysa, who requested his dismissal for failure to justify his assets.
In the first session, Altin Dumani himself represented SPAK and demanded the dismissal of Pjetërnikaj, upholding the claims of the Public Commissioner.
But in the second session, when SPAK's position was expected to be repeated, the situation changed radically. Dumani did not appear himself, but sent Klodian Braho, the candidate he supports for the new leadership of SPAK, to represent the institution at the KPA. The latter demanded that the prosecutor be dismissed.
This was the first honor given to KLP member Zeqir Hoda, in exchange for his vote for Klodian Braho. Pjetërnikaj is a close friend of Hoda. Meanwhile, Braho is running for the head of SPAK and is working hard for votes, even making scandals. He is also Duman's favorite.
The second honor that Zeqir Hoda has requested for casting his vote is to have his son employed at SPAK. Ditmir Hoda has run for financial investigator at SPAK, a vacancy announced months ago. The commission that was tasked with verifying the candidates consisted of: Sotir Kllapi, Dorina Bejko and Klodian Braho. These three managed to take Zeqir's son to the third phase, which was finalized today. Today, the remaining 10 names were subjected to an oral test and among them is Ditmir Hoda.
But Dumani has taken care to justify the conflict of interest published by " Pamphlet ". Why do we say this?
This is the first time that SPAK has made the selection of financial investigators so sensational. There have been endless competitions and they have passed without significance. Today SPAK informed all the media about the holding of interviews and took care to inform that Klodian Braho had withdrawn from the selection committee. According to SPAK, this even happened on October 6, the day when Braho submitted his application for director.
But no matter how hard Dumani and Braho try, they can't cover the sun with a sieve. The facts are clear that we are dealing with a pure affair and conflict of interest. Dumani is fighting hard to appoint Braho as his successor and is "buying" votes in the KLP.
Zeqiri was promised the confirmation of his close friend and the employment of his son. The first was fulfilled, the second we will see. The results of the interviews are not known. But the signals are that Dumani will go to the end of the scandal, clearly proving that the race for the head of SPAK has turned into a living bargain. /Pamphlet
