The investigation for Ilir Beqajn is almost finished, SPAK interrogates the last persons

It seems that the investigation regarding the sterilization concession is coming to an end.

It is learned that SPAK is preparing to close the investigations related to this concession.

Journalist Klodiana Lala has shown details, saying that the last people are being interrogated.

It is likely that the former health minister will be sent separately for trial.

In November 2023, at the request of SPAK, the court set the mandatory appearance measure for the former minister on the charge of abuse of office.

The investigation is about the alleged violations by SPAK, in the sterilization concession worth 100 million euros and a 10-year term, won by the businessman Ilir Rrapaj, who has already been arrested together with the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rrjepaj.
