Although September has so far experienced typical summer days with high temperatures and clear skies, it looks like this weekend will turn the tide in terms of weather conditions making Sunday 24th September a typical autumn day.
In a direct link to Klan News, forecaster Hakil Osmani from "MeteoAlb" says that this weekend is expected to bring clouds, lower temperatures and rain, which will be present in greater amounts on Sunday.
In the meantime, Saturday will be accompanied by frequent clouds, but clear skies are not excluded, which will be present mainly during the midday hours in the Western Lowlands.
Hakil Osmani: Today and tomorrow we remain under the influence of frequent clouds. In the mountainous areas, we will occasionally have clouds or few moments with rain drops, but clearings are also not excluded, which will be present mainly during the noon hours, in the Western Lowlands they will be more visible. Air temperatures today and tomorrow will remain high. Highs are expected to be around 33 degrees Celsius in some isolated areas and 34 degrees Celsius, but mornings will remain cool with early morning highs not exceeding 12 degrees Celsius in mountainous areas. While the minimum values in the cities of the Western Lowlands will be between 17 and 21 degrees Celsius.
Sunday will bring a change in the thermal picture and in terms of the thermal situation as we expect dense clouds that will generate rain in the early hours of the morning, starting in the north-western areas and then as the hours go by it is predicted that the entire Albanian territory will be under the dominance of clouds and rain from time to time. In isolated areas, it will also be in the form of showers. Not only rainfall, but also air temperatures will have a significant drop, where it is predicted that in the early hours of the morning, the minimum values in the mountainous areas will be around 10 degrees Celsius, while the maximums will have a drop even more sensitive of them, where a decrease of 5 or 5 or 6 degrees Celsius is predicted with the maximums that will drop around the value of 27 degrees Celsius in the territory range.
But not only rain, but also a drop in temperature, we will also have the perimeter of the wind, causing us to have wind at a speed of 50 or 55 kilometers per hour.
