
The Special Prosecution Office, SPAK, is investigating the "January 21" case where 4 protesters were killed. The two brothers of Hekuran Deda, one of the victims of January 21, have been summoned to the special prosecution office.
Since 10:00, Zabit and Agim Deda have been summoned by special prosecutor Alfred Shehu, who is conducting investigative actions into the murders of 4 protesters on January 21, 2011. They will be questioned by SPAK about the tragic event of 14 years ago, where 4 innocent citizens lost their lives during a protest by the socialist opposition at the time.
The Strasbourg Court described “January 21” and the killings of protesters as a state crime. On January 21, 2011, Hekuran Deda, Aleks Nika, Ziver Veizi and Faik Myrtaj were killed.
The heads of the Special Prosecution Office have recently announced that the Supreme Court's decision and all documents in this case have reached SPAK in July.
