The preliminary hearing against him and co-defendants Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj, accused of a cyberattack against SPAK, in the form of a structured criminal group, is taking place in this court today.
Agim Ismaili is accused of "illegal interception of computer data", "structured criminal group" and "commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group", suspected of having been committed in the attempted hacking of the SPAK electronic system.
Along with him, Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj were also named as defendants at the end of last year.
SPAK's computer system was attacked on March 12 and discovered a few days later.
SPAK announced on April 3 that it had been targeted by an illegal hacking of the email addresses of special prosecutors. The announcement emphasized that it was not possible to interfere with the internal system of the Special Structure.
