Former deputy of SP and LSI, Spartak Braho, appeared today in SPAK.
At the moment, it is not known why he was called, while Braho himself was reserved towards journalists who asked why he was there.
"Professional work. The law on the activity of SPAK must be further developed", Braho told reporters.
Braho did not say whether he had provided clarifications on any files that are under investigation by SPAK.
We remind that the former deputy Braho, in January 2022, was summoned to the Special Prosecutor's Office against Crime and Corruption, after his strong statement that in the January 8 protest organized by the former prime minister Sali Berisha, a deputy would be killed in the courtyard of DP.
The Reestablishment Commission of the Democratic Party has filed a criminal complaint against Spartak Brahos. It was MP Flamur Noka, who filed a claim-lawsuit against Brahon at the Special Anticorruption Court.
Braho is accused by the Reestablishment Commission of committing the criminal offense of defamation. Before the January 8 protest, the ex-MP warned in a TV studio that the rally called by Sali Berisha would have violent scenarios and, according to him, would even end with victims, mentioning a MP with the initials EA
