Former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha, in an interview on "Ora e Fundit", spoke about Joni Keta's proposal as the new head of the BKH, also focusing on the election of the new head of SPAK.
He said that Joni Keta is the right name and has grown up in the SPAK structures, adding that the other candidates have also been in a strong competition and are respected figures.
He also stated that all four candidates for SPAK have passed the filters once and that they are prepared.
"Regarding the head of SPAK, all four candidates have passed the filters once. Candidates can lobby because it is lobbying related to the work they will do. Despite the fact that Mr. Dumani's mandate has ended, this does not mean that SPAK will end, as SPAK will continue," he said.
He further added that the new leaders who will be elected should prioritize the old files, especially the "January 21" file. The former prosecutor added that the Prosecutor was not exercising her duties at that time.
"January 21 is a sensitive event. Maybe some people don't like that we speak frankly ," he said.
