Chaos in Manza, the Resistance of Iran reacts: the Mujahedeen of the MEK was

After the tensions and incidents that happened today in Manza, in the MEK camp, the Secretary of the National Council of Resistance of Iran reacted.

In a statement to the media, the National Council of Resistance describes the death of a mujahedin as martyrdom after the sudden attack of more than 1,000 policemen. He also added that the police attack was the same as the 2009-2015 attacks by Nouri al-Maliki's forces in Iraq.

"The actions of the Albanian police are reminiscent of the criminal attacks by Nouri al-Maliki's forces in Camp Ashraf in Iraq between 2009 and 2015," the statement said, among other things.

Full statement:

The surprise attack by more than 1000 Albanian policemen in Ashraf 3, the martyrdom of a MEK member
More than 100 people were injured by the pepper spray, some of them are in critical condition.
At the behest of the religious fascism that rules Iran, this morning, around 1,000 Albanian police attacked Ashraf in a criminal and oppressive attack. They broke many doors, cupboards and appliances, and attacked residents with tear gas and pepper spray. Many computers were broken or taken.

As a result of this criminal attack, a member of Mujahedin-e Khalq (PMOI/MEK), Mr. Ali Mostashari, was killed and more than 100 people were injured due to police shooting with pepper spray. Many of them are in critical condition, while some have been transferred to the "Mother Teresa" hospital in Tirana.
The actions of the Albanian police are reminiscent of the criminal attacks by the forces of Nouri al-Maliki in Camp Ashraf in Iraq between 2009 and 2015.

The Iranian resistance demands that the US, the government and the United Nations, which have repeatedly guaranteed the safety and well-being of the people of Ashraf, condemn this criminal and barbaric behavior and provide the necessary guarantees to prevent these types of illegal behavior that flagrantly violate many international treaties, including the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights. The European Union, for whose membership Albania has applied, must condemn this brutal attack and demand accountability from the Albanian government for this behavior.
