The Constitutional Court will review the request of Nauerda Llagami, candidate for member of the Constitutional Court, on November 11.
She received 8 votes while running for the GJK, while the Supreme Court appointed Asim Vokshi, ranked first by the KED.
Llagami did not receive the necessary quorum of votes.
She needed 9 votes to be elected a member of the Constitutional Court.
Nauerda Llagami claims that precisely the 9th vote was declared invalid intentionally, during the voting in the Supreme Court.
