Lawyer Edmond Petraj has commented on SPAK's latest move. Petraj emphasizes that politicians should face the prosecution bodies like any ordinary citizens, as the cycle has ended for them.
" Today, if you face the accusation like other citizens, you will see that every body tells you the accusation. They still walk with the thought of what I was. The cycle is over. It's rotation. Although they will be elected with closed lists, they will not take the oath ", he said.
Petraj went on to say that soon new arrests are expected from the judicial system, but also from politics. According to him, SPAK has received many property files in ILDKP.
" I think we can have mobility. It remains to be seen. Other people may be arrested. This is part of the justice system. For politics, it's all in the process. This month we can have concrete movements. ILDKP files have been received. The subjects of the 10-year-old are all taken. What comes out of it remains to be seen. I see that part of the cycle is over. In the part of the elections, it will look factual ", he said.
