It has been several years since we trusted this product from the words of the leaders of this fraudulent company. Words like their product was the best and that their product was original, all fall down after they themselves came out loud and clear and proved that they are deceiving us.

But how can a well-known brand change its name without changing its image? Surely here too we are dealing with artistic names as we had the artistic name of the administrator of the company that markets this product in Albania.

Do those administrators and shareholders out there who claim to falsify this product have stage names?

What do you think if Coca Cola, Philip Morris, Red Bull or Mc Donalds changed the name but without changing the image at all? How can they be so impudent as to come out in voice and image admitting that they have changed the name but without changing the image?

What jungle do these people come from that even hold themselves up as serious companies when a company at its core should have law enforcement?

Do these pseudo companies have ownership even over this product "8S2" in the territory of the Republic of Albania? It's not even a question.

With what legal argument do they defend this or do they simply side with the institutions? That's how it usually happens, but they don't have the chance to do this stunt in other countries where they don't own the brand.

What confusion would be created in the international markets if there were some such companies and institutions that do not follow the laws? We are giving you just a few examples: Coca Cola became Coga Cola, Philip Morris became Philip Monris or Red Bull became Bed Bull.

In order to ensure and guarantee the non-infringement of their brand, companies make several registrations with changes in designs, colors, etc., but they never change the name, since everywhere in the world it is important to fix the brand name in the mind of the consumer. They do this by first going through the trademark registration and then the product is launched on the market. The opposite happens with this pseudo company that changes its name, does not register, and without changing anything even in the image, comes up with the claim that this product is called "8S2". These "magicians" do what they want and we were willing to accept to make fun of our intelligence. The law is the same all over the world and it is the same for us in Albania, despite the fact that here there are such pseudo companies that declare that they are improving the law. Legal rights are rights and obligations are obligations for everyone equally regardless of how they are applied in our country and how they are applied in other countries. The law must prevail everywhere, whether these are local or foreign companies, and everyone must be told to stop before the law. 

In some investigations we noticed a simple thing; What is the reason for the name change from BAVARIA NV to SWINKELS FAMILY BRAWERS? Are we dealing here with an artistic name or because of the problems with the European courts for the name Bavaria? How we would like an honest answer from these "serious" companies ....
