
Cloudiness gradually increases during the day, while occasional rainfall and short-term storms are expected in the south and southwest in the evening.
On Monday, Albania is expected to be affected by mainly stable weather conditions. According to forecasts from the Military Meteorological Service, the weather will start with clear skies in most of the territory.
During the daytime hours, a gradual increase in cloudiness is expected, which will range from moderate to heavy. The first rains are expected to appear in the afternoon hours in the southern part of the country, with low intensity.
In the evening hours, precipitation will cover a wider part of the southern area, mainly the southwest, where occasional low-intensity rain is expected, accompanied in some cases by short-term storms.
As for the wind, it will blow from the northeast to northwest, with an average speed of about 7 meters per second. Along the coastline and in valley areas, the wind is expected to be stronger, reaching up to 16 meters per second.
Meanwhile, moderate waves are expected in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, with a force of 2 to 3.
Minimum temperatures in some cities are expected to drop to 1°C, while maximums will reach up to 22°C.
In Elbasan, the temperature is expected to range from 6°C to 22°C, while in Berat from 4°C to 22°C. In Fier, the thermometer is expected to range from 8°C to 22°C during the day.
Lower temperatures are predicted in the southeastern areas, where in Korça it is expected to fluctuate from 1°C to 14°C, while in Gjirokastra from 2°C to 22°C.
In coastal areas, the weather is expected to be milder. In Vlora, temperatures will range from 8°C to 22°C, while in Saranda, from 8°C to 17°C.
