The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs has announced that, due to the military escalation in the Middle East, the security situation in the region remains unstable and unpredictable.
In the updated notice, the Ministry advises Albanian citizens to avoid traveling to countries in the region until further notice.
Albanian citizens currently in the Middle East are advised to exercise increased vigilance and consider the possibility of leaving via airlines, as long as they are operational. They are also advised to follow information from official sources and reliable media, and to respect the instructions of local authorities.
The Ministry suggests that citizens keep their travel documents and means of communication ready, and if necessary, contact Albania's diplomatic and consular representations in the region.
According to the announcement, there is a possibility that, in the event of further deterioration of the situation, airspace may be closed in a wider area, leading to flight cancellations without notice. For information on flights, citizens should contact the relevant airlines.

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs announces that, following the military escalation in the Middle East region, the security situation remains unstable and unpredictable.
The Ministry strongly advises Albanian citizens to avoid any travel to countries in the region until further notice. In the meantime, citizens of the Republic of Albania who are currently in the region are advised to:
•Exercise maximum vigilance and consider as a priority the possibility of leaving via airlines, as long as they remain operational.
•Follow developments through reliable media sources and official information channels;
•Respect and follow the instructions of local authorities at all times;
•Keep travel documents and means of communication ready at all times;
•If necessary, contact the diplomatic and consular representations of the Republic of Albania in the region and act in accordance with their instructions.
In the event of further deterioration of the security situation, the closure of airspace to a wider perimeter than the countries affected so far remains a real possibility, and flights may be canceled without notice. For any flight-related issues, citizens are advised to contact the relevant airlines directly. Albanian authorities are continuously monitoring the situation and will inform in real time about any new developments.
