Analyst Dritan Hila describes Fredi Beleri's arrest as legal.
Invited to "Open", Hila says that this arrest and keeping him still in the cell is not a political decision, but it shows that his file is complete and makes him guilty.
The analyst calls the statement of the previous day made by the Prime Minister of Greece as a "subversion" of the Hellenic state, where he is no longer asking for his release, but for the opportunity to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara.
"I don't think it's a political decision. Even the state department said that let's let justice speak. There are several degrees that have certified the entire procedure and the actions that he has performed as guilty, and as dangerous to be left out. I don't see it as a political decision. Even yesterday the Greek Prime Minister made a retreat, where until yesterday he demanded his release, while yesterday he demanded his oath. I see this as a scam. Then his lawyers will definitely speak in his defense. Beleri must pass the steps of the Albanian oath. The fact that all the scales keep it inside means that the file is complete", he said.
