IMT director Kurbin was arrested and all inspectors were suspended.

The reason is the unauthorized constructions in the Patok area and the illegal taking of inerts in the Mat river.

According to the prosecutor's office, the officials abused their duty by not acting to stop constructions without permission and the use of inerts of the Mat River.

A security measure of house arrest was also given to Flor Gjini, former director of the IMVT of Lezha who is currently the director of the Post Office.
