Arben Ahmetaj

Former minister Arben Ahmetaj has been summoned again to SPAK, as part of the investigations being carried out against the latter.

We recall that the Supreme Court overthrew the former deputy. Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj who had appealed against the decision to control the villa in Hamallaj, owned by his roommate Erjola Hoxha. The High Court overthrew Ahmetaj and Hoxha, leaving in effect the decision in the Appeal of GJKKO.
