Today, Thursday, our country will be affected by unstable weather conditions, bringing mainly cloudy weather with occasional rainfall.
According to the meteorological forecast, the clouds will be medium to dense throughout the 24-hour period. Rainfall has started in the early hours of the day and is expected to continue until the morning, with low intensity.
During the second part of the day, precipitation will remain sporadically present, mainly with weak intensity, but short-term storms may also appear in some areas.
Meanwhile, in mountainous areas, especially in the Alps and in the northeast - southeast of the country, at altitudes above 1000-1100 meters, low-intensity and locally moderate snowfall is expected.
The wind will blow from the northeast to the southeast, with an average speed of about 8 m/s, while along the coastline and valley areas it is expected to reach up to 18 m/s.
In the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, waves are expected to be force 3 to 5.
