The statement was made at the trial of the defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case, where Nuredin Dumani's testimony continued. In today's session, there was a strong statement from the arrested Enver Diva, who clashed with Nuredin Dumani.
" Nuredin Dumani met 2 businessmen and 2 MPs in a bar, they gave him Talo Çela's photo and a bag of money and said 'we want him killed', why doesn't he show these things ...?!", he said. Dumani himself denied it, but the justice-seeker has not confessed everything and this is not the first time that names of politicians have come up.
A few weeks ago, it was Nuredin Dumani who declared that he had been released from prison thanks to Nasip Naço's brother-in-law, when the latter was Minister of Justice.
Dumani explained that Nasip Naço's brother-in-law was the head of the hospital at the time, and he had been arrested for hostage-taking. To get out of the cell, he paid 40 thousand euros. " They made the papers as if I was about to die. And they took me out of prison because I was probably suffering from a heart attack ," Dumani continued his testimony.
Meanwhile, his strongest testimony was given when he was arrested. Nuredin Dumani has shed light on one of the most suspicious murders in the country, the one in 2017, when the brother of former socialist MP Arben Ndoka was killed. Aleksandër Ndoka, a member of the Lezha municipal council, was killed in December 2017 by still unidentified persons near his apartment. The murder, which at the time was suspected to be political,
Dumani said that Ndoka's murder was ordered by Ilir Meta, who at the time was the leader of the SMI and during the campaign had a strong argument with Arben Ndoka in Lezha.
Now the question that arises is: Will SPAK go to politicians connected to gangs? Is the evidence in question being verified and do we have MPs and former presidents who have ordered murders?
