The first signal of the connection of this director with the groups and exponents of the world of crime was given by KLSH with the information addressed to the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, that in the inventory of seized assets, 24 luxury cars are missing, which are missing.
So that in September 2023, the KLSH asked the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, to dismiss Adrian Koni and permanently exclude him from the state administration, after it was found that he has caused over 100 million Euros of loss to the state treasury.

Koni would give the cars to illegal underworld figures to use in criminal activity with fake license plates, and according to the deal with director Adrian Koni, bring them back to the center where they are kept locked up.
