Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu says that the Democratic Party has become the main obstacle to the overthrow of the government. In an interview for Report TV, the lawyer said that in order to maintain the monopoly, the PD opposition is destroying the small parties.
" DP has become the main obstacle to political rotation. For this reason, all other parties must join together, from Lapaj, to Nisma Thurja, Arlind Qori and Basha himself with the new party. All parties must come together to oppose this political bargain in the CJK, otherwise they are dead. Among other things, the Rama-Berisha agreement has destroyed the new parties and the possibilities to create a third pole.
By closing the lists, the new parties cannot cooperate for a coalition, as a joint list is needed. The main debate with the small parties, who intend to be against, will arise in the ranking of the list. Now with the law from 4 years ago, the possibility of coalitions was removed and everyone will have a party logo. They killed two birds with one stone, secured their power and destroyed the small parties. They play a game with each other where they have destroyed pluralism and killed the race", said Spahiu.
With irony, Spahiu also commented on the vote of the Diaspora, which for the first time will vote in the parliamentary elections. The lawyer said that the diaspora will vote, but Rama and Berisha will count.
" The legal and political logic of what DP and SP approved yesterday, the diaspora will vote, but Rama and Berisha will count. These will annihilate and manipulate the vote of the diaspora. The next day they will regret that this way of counting the votes was adopted.
The procedure is difficult as half of the immigrants do not declare their residence. They don't want to declare the address where they live, I guarantee you that out of 1.5 million, not even 50,000 people can vote, and in these 50,000 there will be controlled votes. Rama and Berisha will count and not a single vote will go to the new parties", said Spahiu.
