To bargain openly with life. Such are the interceptions discovered by doctors and employees of the Oncology Hospital of Tirana, in the QSUT where cancer patients are treated.
The Tirana court, by order of the prosecution, issued 8 measures, some 'house arrest' and some 'compulsion to appear', while the personnel involved in the abuse are accused of forcing the patients to be treated in private hospitals.
The file provided to us by the journalist Klodiana Lala, shows a moment when the two people involved in this scheme, employees of this hospital, who plan vacations, even talk openly about the figures they obtain from bribes through operations, one of them Emiljano Lela, Oncology coordinator.
