 The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, stated that the work on the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj is continuing.

From the city of Korça, Balla called it an unsolved crime for which investigations are still ongoing. 

Question: How far are the investigations regarding Ervis Martinaj's file? You have set, at least, some deadlines for the State Police to return an answer, but it seems that these deadlines have not yet revealed his fate.

Minister Balla: Together with the General Director, I stand by all the public commitments we have made. You can be sure that the State Police does its duty, 24 hours a day, every day, even to this commitment, to go to the end, not only this case, but every other unresolved case. Ervis Martinaj has been missing since August 2022 and the police have yet to issue a statement on his fate.
