The mayors will have 3 months to set the addresses in each neighborhood and also in each apartment. The Ministry of the Interior has proposed a special law where if the deadline is not met, there will be a fine.
In order to make the scheme even more mandatory, it is proposed that the bill is not paid by the local government, but by the mayor himself, and the amount goes to 100,000 ALL.
Immediately after the law is approved by the parliament and enters into force, the local administration will report to the registry office about the situation and the data map.
This is to have a more complete register with detailed data for each family. In the national address register, the geographical position, longitude, latitude and geospatial footprint will be determined.
These elements will make the address even simpler in terms of the post office, but also the police or other services.
We remind you that the initiative should be completed in 2016, so the direct fine of the mayors is seen as the best possibility of realization.
