Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu spoke about the strategy of the lists for deputies of the two major parties, PD-SP.
Spahiu stated that the SP has a better list than the DP's and, according to him, the results of the polls show it.
"Every Albanian who follows politics agrees with this poll question, one winning and one losing list, where the winner is the SP and the other the DP. Berisha and Rama know the result, one knows that he will win and the other that he will lose. Rama has included all the strong names in the open list to collect as many votes as possible and deepen the popular result, while Berisha is on the closed list and has built the list for purposes as an opposition member. Even Ilir Meta has shown himself to be smarter than Berisha, by staying on the open list," he analyzes.
As for the survey table on intimidation of justice, the lawyer emphasizes that Berisha physically threatens him, but institutionally the government violates him.
"There are two types of intimidation, physically, familially, Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta threaten him in image. While institutionally, the majority threatens him, because if they do not extend his mandate, he may end his function, it will end, because that is how it was foreseen and it remains as an ad-hoc. So institutionally, the SP, that is, the government, intimidates him," said Spahiu.
He also gave an opinion regarding the survey related to the media, where he emphasized that Berisha intimidates his media opponent, while Rama tries to capture him.
"About the media, I can say that the media are like the same coin or like the jaws of the mouth. Berisha is of the mud system, violent rhetoric, he also tries to intimidate his media opponents. The media is like a weapon in the hands of politics. While Rama seeks to make this media for himself with his own ways. It impresses me that most do not confront, do not provide transparency and I think this has consequences", says the lawyer.
