The head of the Municipality of Kamza, Rakip Suli, issued a statement to the media after being interrogated at SPAK, for the second time in a row within this week. He did not make public the names of those who have reported to SPAK, but he added that he called them slander. According to him, this is an attempt to muddy the work he has done in this municipality. He underlined that the purpose of the call to SPAK was to make every penny transparent.
"It is a report made by several people, but they cannot blame the work that is being done in the municipality of Kamza. I brought official documents. The accusations should be judged by the prosecutor's office, for me they are defamation. The goal today was to make transparent every cent invested for the citizens of Kamza who voted for me on May 14 ," he said after leaving SPAK.
We remind you that Suli has been summoned to SPAK in connection with the investigations that have started for the Municipality of Kamza. After reporting the criminal offenses "Exercise of illegal influence on persons exercising public functions", "Abuse of duty", "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", SPAK registered criminal proceedings against the municipality headed by Suli.
