Analyst Agim Baçi spoke about the decision of the Court of Appeal that sentenced MP Ervin Salianji to 1 year in prison.
He said that the whole process was under the dictate of the Prime Minister, referring to the position that Rama took immediately after the public denunciation.
Baçi said that the majority can fall short in the case of deputy Salianji and avoid any other procedure.
"We have the case when the President of the Assembly addresses the Venice Commission regarding a decision of the Constitutional Court, then will she address Venice again regarding the case of Salianj?
We have a final decision, forced to be implemented, but we have precedents that it has created, including the quick reaction of Prime Minister Edi Rama", said Baçi.
He said that the prime minister cannot speak in harsh language.
"Refer to Edi Rama's reactions to Gazment Bardhi, why should there be sexist and bullying reactions ", Baçi said.
Asked how this decision of the Appeal will affect, the analyst said that the political consequences must be seen, Salianji appeared calm, said that this decision will not hinder him, but must be seen realistically.
Baçi said that the opposition does not have the luxury of having other of its characters convicted in addition to Berisha's problems with justice, even as accusations in the case of Salianji.
