The Special Prosecutor's Office has seized the Tirana incinerator "Integrated Energy". According to journalist Klodiana Lala, together with the incinerator of Tirana, several criminal media gangs will also fall.

"Not immediately, but the end is quick. Because every journalist who spoke with facts about the affair is declared an enemy", Lala wrote.

The journalist explained that SPAK has actually blocked the flow of money and that it will not end up in the hands of the much-wanted Mertiri and Zoto!

In SPAK's announcement, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri are the "de facto" owners of the "Integrated Energy" company, with the investment cost provided for in the concession contract in the amount of over 128 million euros.

Also, the two businessmen are the "de facto" owners of its parent company, established in the Netherlands, "Integrated Energy BV", later changed to "Geogenix BV".
