The Tirana court has sentenced 41-year-old Andri Leka, born in Durrës and resident in Tirana, to 3.3 years in prison, after he tried to kidnap the minor daughter of the prosecutor of Tirana, Ervin Karanxha, through a fraud and stalking scenario, claiming that the child of the prosecutor was his child.
The sentencing decision was taken on June 16, 2023 by judge Petrit Çomo. Prosecutor Sonila Domi had demanded a 5-year prison sentence for Andri Leka, for the criminal offense of stalking and coercion through threats or violence to give property.
Despite the insistence of the 'iron' and uncompromising prosecutor Sonila Domi (Muhametaj), the judge has sentenced Leka to only 3.3 years in prison, which is suspected to have been used by criminal segments and lines within the justice system, to denigrate and attack the prosecutor Ervin Karanxha , because of duty.

Nga ADN doli që është vajza ime. Goca u lumturua shumë dhe qau nga gëzimi. E kam vuajtur shumë që për shkak të punës time të dhunonin një fëmijë. Është gjëja më e rëndë në jetë që më ka ndodhur. Në marrëdhënien me gruan nuk ka pasur ndikim", ka pohuar Karanxha.
