IT expert Besmir Semanaj shared how it was possible to track down and arrest two hackers who attempted to hack SPAK prosecutors.
He said that since the two hackers did not have in-depth knowledge of technology, their identification and arrest were easier.
"SPAK IT is an internal service for the maintenance of SPAK systems, while the investigation is carried out by prosecutors and the BKH, which has both national and international expertise. Based on the profile of the two arrested people who do not appear to have in-depth knowledge of technology, the discovery is simpler."
The way the hacking was discovered was through unauthorized access, we had access to the e-mail system from an IP that is not common in the system. So through the IP it is much easier to get to the environment where the hacking was carried out. I also believe that SPAK should have some more advanced programs and systems", said Semanaj on the "Review" show on Euronews Albania.
