A construction in the area of Shiroka, has brought on stage the role of realtor and blackmailer, the well-known singer and winner of Big Brother Luiz Ejlli. The latter, through threats, tried to interfere with the director of IKMT, Agim Ismaili, so that the business that was being established in the Shiroka area, without a permit, would not be destroyed. But Ismaili has insisted on sticking to his decision to demolish the building, which was implemented despite his resignation from office in November of last year.

With the appointment of the new director of the IKMT, Ervin Hoxha, the persons who had denounced the unauthorized building, part of the structure of the IKMT in Shkodër, found themselves dismissed from their jobs, while a message was also sent to them, greetings from Louise Aile. As soon as the decision to demolish the building was made, Luiz Ejlli urgently called the head of IMT Shkodër, Agim Ismaili, and asked him for a meeting. The meeting was held on 17.10.2023. In the report, it is stated that Luiz Ajlli has asked not to intervene in the demolition of this building, at least for a few weeks until they legalize it. Ismaili also asked the Director who made the report to participate in this meeting.
In the report, it is said that at the moment when the singer was informed that there is no legal space to prevent this object from being demolished, he made a phone call in the presence of IMT officials. The person with whom he communicated is not known, but the conversation took place loudly over the phone, and according to the report, the person in question issued threats against the officials, stating that "there is nothing left but to solve it with a gun".
The attempts of Luiz Ejlli to intervene with the head of IMT went to waste and then on 20.10.2023 the object was demolished. Luiz Ejlli's phone call had increased the suspicions of IMT officials that the 79-year-old was not hiding behind the construction of this facility, but other people. Thus, the officials set in motion to find the 'head' and have carried out several inspections at the concrete factories in order to track down the person who made the purchases for this building.
"After this IKMT operation and other administrative verification actions, I continued my duties normally although I have often heard that the building we destroyed: It was built by a member of the criminal group "Bajrave" in Shkodër. Louis Aiille was promised a part of that building if he managed to save it from demolition. For its demolition, they would take revenge on me and others.
However, I did not evaluate or take these data into consideration because all the actions performed by me were in accordance with the legal provisions and corresponded best to the detected illegality", says the report filed in SPAK. / voice
