This citizen has repeatedly asked EK to resign because a friend of his would be appointed director. So, the husband of Minister Delina Ibrahimaj seems to be de facto running the Ministry of Finance, because he decided who would be appointed and who would leave office.

When the director did not accept and refer to the report filed at Police Station No. 1 in Tirana, the minister's husband took out an apparently cutting tool from his belt and shot him in the ribs and back. These attacks on the director of the Credit Treatment Agency have also been proven by the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
