Who is the person who accessed the computers of 3 SPAK prosecutors...
A serious scandal has erupted at SPAK. Although millions have been spent on computer protection, the Special Prosecution's system has in fact been hacked.
According to journalist Arsen Rusta, a few weeks ago, after midnight, the alarm system at SPAK was activated. BKH officers received a telephone signal indicating that someone had unauthorized access to their network.
The person who managed to infiltrate was Arnold Rrokaj, who has now been arrested. He accessed the computers of prosecutors Behar Dibra, Enkeleida Millonai and Elida Kaçkini.
These three investigators are working on important files that include cases ranging from organized crime to officials suspected of corruption.
Immediately after the alarm signal, BKH agents and Information Technology staff reported to work that midnight. Investigations revealed that the perpetrator of this action was Arnold Rrokaj, who had distributed the seized materials to Zambak Gjonaj, a former official of the Vlora prison, and then to his friends and acquaintances.
Some of this material ended up on the cell phone of a prison official, as well as a senior official at the Ministry of Agriculture.
The latter was questioned a few days ago by SPAK, while his phone was searched by investigators. Among the materials stolen from the prosecutors' emails are those related to investigated officials, the incinerator issue, and organized crime.
Thanks to timely intervention, Rrokaj was prevented from accessing the secret laboratory network and the computers of SPAK leaders. This scandal and unauthorized intervention is still being investigated. While some materials have also ended up on politicians' phones, Rusta reports .
