The special prosecutor's office confirmed a few weeks ago that an abuse of office investigation has been launched against him. The prosecution has found violations in the reconstruction compensation.
The municipal councilors of Kamza reported their mayor, Rakip Suli, to SPAK.
After reporting the criminal offenses "Exercise of illegal influence on persons exercising public functions", "Abuse of duty", "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", SPAK registered criminal proceedings.
Meanwhile, we recall that yesterday the residents of Kamza appeared at the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office to give their statements about the report filed in SPAK a few weeks ago against the mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli.
Residents accuse the mayor of violating equality in tenders and of corruption, and in the quality of the evidence, they have presented, among other things, the audit of the KLSH, where many violations were found in the Municipality led by Suli.
Earlier, on September 11, the Freedom Party and the councilors of the Together We Win coalition filed a criminal complaint with the SPAK, the mayor of Kamze, Rakip Suli.
