"SPAK has the right to eavesdrop", lawyer: Criminal groups tried to influence the Constitutional Court

Lawyer Indrit Sefa said that SPAK is acting correctly and according to the law, in the case of wiretapping a member of the Constitutional Court.

He states that SPAK has suspicions about attempts by criminal groups to have the Constitutional Court decide that the conversations on SKY Ecc should not be recognized as evidence.

"SPAK has acted correctly in relation to the law. If SPAK has information from various sources that there is a strong attempt at corruption, to change constitutional decision-making, it will definitely be investigated."

"There are suspicions that there are attempts by criminal groups to overturn the decision not to take SKY ECC as evidence. Therefore, SPAK has the right to intercept," Sefa told "News 24".
