Mark Nika, the uncle of Aleks Nika, one of the victims of "January 21", reacted regarding the registration of the proceedings by SPAK.
He said that justice must be done for "January 21", while he called for politics not to affect justice.
The victim's uncle added that the entire political dome should be investigated and that if justice is not done by January 21, the justice system, according to him, has failed.
"We believe that now SPAK should do justice for January 21. SPAK must investigate from beginning to end January 21 objectively and not influenced by politics. SPAK started the investigation after the order from the Supreme Court and the European Court. We demand justice and we will not give up until the end. SPAK should investigate as soon as possible on January 21, the evidence is there.
