Speaking about the visit of the American Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, to Tirana, the analyst Neritan Sejamini and Preç Zogaj debated about the fact why Blinken met for a few minutes informally, the leaders of the justice institutions.
During an interview for the show "The Unexposed", Sejamini stated that Blinken's meeting with Duman was something negative. This is because, according to him, SPAK prosecutors cannot investigate Rama and Veliaj when they hear the words that the Secretary of State says about them.

Preç Zogaj : You can never do it in America.
Neritan Sejamini : Why do you do it in Germany? Or Latvia? You can't do it anywhere.
Preç Zogaj : SPAK is an Albanian-American institution. They are heads of institutions that have come out of the justice reform. It is a meeting to give a message. They have issued an executive order for the fight against corruption. So they are encouraging and encouraging. It is positive.
Neritan Sejamini : I think it is negative.
Preç Zogaj : They encourage anyone's investigation.
Neritan Sejamini: If you are the SPAK prosecutor and you are investigating Rama, you will also receive the data from America.
Preç Zogaj : Biden has no access to the Department of Justice.
Neritan Sejamini : If the SPAK prosecutor investigates Rama and Veliaj, when he sees what Blinken says about Rama, will he be followed? Of course. Prosecutors are pinning their hopes on America. When you see America embracing those it has under investigation, will they be tried?
Preç Zogaj : If they are suggested and stop working, SPAK falls and the American project that was promised to the Albanian public falls. If he interrupts the investigation, because Veliaj came out and blocked his way, SPAK falls.
Neritan Sejamini : They say that this Rama has so much power and connections that he belongs to Blinken, so he will disappear because he has many connections and lobbyists.
Preç Zogaj : That prosecutor who has this opinion does not deserve to be there.
