Analyst Neritan Sejamini has spoken about the Gjici scandal, where the former mayor of Kukës appears in an erotic video with a citizen, with whom he then talks about a project that would be financed by the Municipality.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Sejamini stated that the essential problem in this matter is not the suspicion that Gjici may have fallen into a trap, but the fact that he exchanges favors in exchange for sexual relations and that he was unfit for the job he held .
The analyst also questioned the tenders that Gjici received from the state and spoke about the fact that the administration blindly obeys the president without questioning his demands, as this case proved.
" We have a mayor who in five minutes receives a sexual favor and gives the tender. In the middle of Tirana, crime money is cleaned. You said (to Lorenc Vangjeli) that crime and politics and business have come together. They have come together inside Tirana. Yes talk about hypothesis, now let's talk about the facts.
A businessman, who becomes mayor out of nowhere, then receives endless tenders, then a woman comes to him and immediately breaks the chain, then the administration operates as a criminal organization under orders from the boss.
How did a businessman become mayor? How do you get a tender from the state? Why does the entire administration obey the president? If a man is weak and lowers his trouser chain, he is blackmailable. If he drinks alcohol, gambles, he is blackmailable. Therefore, a public official should not be like this ," said Sejamini, among other things.
