The Director of the National Food Authority (AKU) in Shkodra, Ramir Haderi, has reacted publicly after the violence inflicted on him last evening, declaring that he will not back down in the face of pressure and threats.
In a reaction published on social media, Haderi thanked citizens for the support and solidarity shown after the event, while emphasizing that their trust is a motivation to continue his duty in the service of the city.
Hader adds that, although the physical and emotional wounds remain strong, he does not feel intimidated by the attack on him.
"Neither infidelity, nor the city of insidious weapons behind my back in the middle of the city, nor various pressures will be able to stop me or weaken my principles to walk straight, freely and with a clear conscience. Because the wounds are not only in the body, they remain in the soul. But my soul does not bend. Not even in the flowers of my forehead does the insidious and treacherous hand of the night scare me. They do not scare me or defeat me. After this pain, the stab in the back, I have felt the hand and heart of my citizens. And this gives me the strength not to fall, not to be silent and not to retreat. My duty to Shkodra is service and not to resign in the face of evil and threats.
Shkodra has always known how to become a support, a trust and a common force for its city, and I, with humility, will continue to follow that path with the same faith and responsibility. I express my full trust in the State Police and the responsible bodies for the full clarification of this event and bringing its perpetrators to justice, not only for me, but for the citizens themselves. Shkodra deserves trust. Shkodra deserves justice", Haderi said on Facebook.
