Suel Çela, wanted as the head of a criminal group with ties to the judiciary, the police and the media, has cooperated in the trafficking of quantities of cocaine from Latin America with well-known characters of the world of crime such as Ergys Dashi and Ervin Mata.
Voxnews.al has uncovered the SPAK file on this criminal group that was involved in the planning of several sensational assassinations in the country, in addition to cocaine trafficking.
From the communications of the "SKY ECC" application, it appears that Suel Çela talked to Ervin Mata, an acquaintance of one of the biggest cocaine traffickers, currently wanted. The meter informs him of a load of 188 packages, and "100%", implying the purity of the goods.
Then Suel Çela, also known as Marjus Lulaj, communicates with Gazmend Disha, who asks him to invest part of the money in the cocaine load.
