The analyst and politician, Preç Zogaj stated that the visit of the Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Todd Robinson, was all in support of SPAK, as there are 2 political powers in the Albanian reality that do not want the success of SPAK.
According to him, the visit does not seem routine and that it is the first visit that focuses on SPAK.
"Of course there are other meetings, but basically it is SPAK. This was seen in the first meetings, which started with the head of SPAK, as he is their child. The reform was made with the blessing of the USA. This visit has a lot of significance. The aim seems clearly to be to encourage SPAK. Americans are behind SPAK and this is a message for politics and other circles that want to weaken SPAK. The USA has made a big bet and has promised the people that the law will go and affect the high spheres as well. It will affect and end impunity. Support SPAK continuously. This visit is also important to quell opposition to SPAK. They message SPAK that we are here. The Americans clearly say that SPAK should not be afraid and we are here. There are counter-developments as a reaction of the 2 major political powers that do not want the success of SPAK", said Zogaj in the show '3D'.
