Albanian journalist living and working in Turkey, Sokol Brahaj, revealed that in the event of the creation of the Bektashi state in Albania, then one of the replacements for "Baba Mondi" will be a Turkish citizen.

He further stated that Turkish-Albanian relations will in no way be affected by the creation of this state and that the Bektashis living in modern Turkey have welcomed this idea as they want to have a spiritual and official leader of their own.
